Accessibility
Accessibility statement
We want every visitor to be able to read about our services, compare our proof of reserves options and reach our team, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Our commitment
The Network Firm is committed to making thenetworkfirm.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of the same rigor we bring to client work, and we review this site as it changes.
Conformance status
This website is designed and built with the intent to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We consider it partially conformant: some content may not yet fully meet the standard, and we have not completed an independent audit.
What we've done
- A logical heading structure, page landmarks and a skip link to the main content.
- Text and interface colors chosen to meet at least 4.5:1 contrast for body text and 3:1 for large text and controls.
- Every link, button, tab and form field works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus indicator.
- The proof of reserves selector follows the tabs pattern: arrow keys move between options, and each option is announced.
- Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked in text, and errors are described next to the field.
- Touch targets are at least 48 by 48 pixels on phones and tablets.
- Meaningful images carry text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Animation and smooth scrolling switch off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages reflow to a single column down to 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
- The "Real-time attestation" card at the top of the home page shows illustrative figures that update every 30 seconds. The changing numbers are not announced to screen readers, and the card is hidden on small screens.
- The "Book a call" link opens Microsoft Bookings, a third-party scheduling service whose accessibility we don't control. If it causes problems, email or call us instead.
- We're still reviewing the site with a range of assistive technologies and will update this page as we find and fix issues.

Technical details
The site relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Core content stays readable without JavaScript; interactive parts such as the menu, the proof of reserves selector and the form need it.
